What an incredible three days at MACH X 2025!

Just wrapped up at MACH X in London and I'm still buzzing from the energy, insights, and connections made over the past three days.

The Quality Was Outstanding

The calibre of speakers and the real-world AI use cases shared were genuinely inspiring. Moving beyond the hype to hear practical experiences from brands like The Sole Supplier, Flugger, Netlify and Frasers demonstrated real world usages and complications when it comes to using AI in the enterprise. These weren't theoretical discussions, these were insights from leaders who are doing the work right now.

The focus on building AI-ready enterprises through composable, MACH principles resonated throughout every session. From governance models to architectural patterns, from cultural transformation to measurable business outcomes - and never forgetting the human in the loop.

Catching Up With Everyone

What made this event really special was reconnecting with so many brilliant minds in the composable space. The hands-on workshops and peer-to-peer discussions created the perfect environment for meaningful exchange. Too many incredible people to mention individually, but you know who you are! Thank you for the conversations, the challenges to my thinking, and the shared commitment to moving our industry forward.

Already Looking Forward to Next Year

The MACH Alliance has set a high bar with this inaugural MACH X event in London. The focus on moving from theory to practice, from "why" to "how," and helping organizations overcome analysis paralysis is exactly what the industry needs right now.
